Allegro IT ApS has developled an autodialer for 3CX for Kobborg Consult. The dialer is connected to Kobborg’s web-based system, the 3CX server and 3CX Soft Phone.
The dialer automatically calls the next lead in the list. If the lead does not answer within a specific timeperiode, the call is ended, and the next lead is called.
Non-existing numbers are registered automatically.
Answering machines and auto responses are handled with a single click.
