## ChurchWebOffice

**ChurchWebOffice** is an administrative database built specifically for churches and other charitable organisations in Denmark. The program is designed to handle the full administrative burden around reporting tax-deductible donations under sections [§8A](https://danskelove.dk/ligningsloven/8a#2) and [§12](https://danskelove.dk/ligningsloven/12) of the Danish Tax Assessment Act — and at the same time cover day-to-day bookkeeping, member records and reporting needs in a small organisation.

The program is built as a Microsoft Access database, so it runs on an ordinary Windows PC without servers, subscriptions or recurring costs.

## Who it fits

ChurchWebOffice is designed for the kind of organisation where one volunteer typically handles bookkeeping, the member register and mailings all at once. The program brings those jobs together in one tool, so nobody has to juggle Excel sheets, Word templates and SKAT's portal to get a simple donation report submitted. It fits church communities, mission organisations, support associations and other small charitable groups that want the paperwork handled properly without having to buy commercial software for it.
